Vibratory Separator

The Single Deck Vibratory Separator is a versatile seed processing tool equipped with interchangeable decks of various textures to support a broad spectrum of seed separations. This unit features digital counters for precise control and documentation of settings. It is designed for efficient separation of seeds such as Dodder from Carrots and Crimson Clover, Curly Dock from Blue Grass, and many others. The robust design includes easy-to-read inclinometers, reliable Syntron™ Vibratory Feeders, and a fully adjustable bulk seed hopper. The construction utilizes polyurethane-coated furniture grade plywood and a rubber vibration damping pad to ensure quiet operation. Seeds are efficiently sorted into three 1,000 cc collection containers held in place by a magnet sheet during operation. Available in various voltage configurations, the separator requires specific seed decks to function, available in multiple textures and materials.
