Early Learning Expansion

The Early Learning Expansion at Four Rivers Family focuses on enhancing access to high-quality preschool education through the Preschool Promise program, which provides free preschool for children aged three and four from families living at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level in Oregon.
