Ingrid Seegmiller was crowned Miss Spring City during a pageant and luncheon at the Spring City Community Center Ballroom. She is the daughter of Stephanie and Cory Seegmiller, and her attendant is Emma Evans, daughter of Brittany and Nicholas Evans. Contestants were judged on talent, interviews, and service projects. Ingrid’s project involved fundraising for flower baskets on Main Street, while Emma focused on raising funds for new playground equipment at the city park.
