Shannon Muth

I grew up in Lansing, Iowa, and graduated from high school in 2002. I went to college at NICC in Calmar, Iowa, and received my administrative assistant degree in May 2005. After college, I met my husband Brian and we got married in September 2012. We have one daughter named Khloe who is 2 years old.

I started working for a health insurance and tax business in 2008, which during that time I got my health insurance license in 2016. I also started learning how to prepare taxes in 2017.

In 2020 I decided to start my own business called KBS Health Insurance and Taxes Inc. In November 2020 I opened my new business at 115 2nd St East in Cresco, IA. I currently work alongside Carri Ruggeberg.

Carri Ruggeberg

I grew up in Cresco, Iowa, and graduated high school in 1992. I served in the Air Force from September 1992 to 1993. I got married in December 1992 to my husband, who passed away in September 1996.

I have 3 children, young adults now, with Hannah, Haley, and Hunter. I lived in the Twin Cities from 1993 to 2013 and moved back to live in Elma, Iowa. My significant other is David Gossman of 22 years.

I graduated from college with a degree with Bachelors's of Science in Office Administration and Healthcare Management. I've been with KBS Health Insurance & Taxes Inc. since April 2019 as an Office Support Assistant.
