We combine various techniques to return an injured athlete or individual to optimal performance as soon as possible. The overall goal of functional rehabilitation is to train the patient using three-dimensional movements in preparing the whole body to return to daily activities or sports. Functional rehabilitation is injury specific and should begin as soon as possible.
Before you start a training plan, we provide Functional Movement Screening. FMS is a powerful diagnostic tool designed to clinically assess 7 fundamental patterns that detect deficiencies in basic movements, identify weaknesses, imbalances, asymmetries, and limitations. With your assessment, we will develop a customized plan that includes strength, flexibility, coordination, and motion exercises to keep your body in corrective movement patterns.
