This project is a conversion of a Carlo Salvi Cold Header to meet our customers specifications. Some of the modifications and upgrades are listed below;
All new electric, including panel, control, and switching from DC to AC
Added integrated load cells to prevent bad parts from getting into good parts bin
Vibratory Bowl feeder and track system
Interegrated part alignment system with auto reject
Modified cutter bar assembly
Redesigned cam to increase dwell per customer specifications
Machine brought up to current OSHA safety standards
