Student Health

There must be a written order from the physician stating the name of ANY medication, prescription or over-the-counter, along with the dosage, and the time it is to be given. Needed forms can be found in schools health office.

At the discretion of the nurse or health assistance, acetaminophen or ibuprofen may be given to students who have written permission on file from the parent/Guardian. Student will NOT receive over the counter Medication if permission is not in Caredox or in written file.

Over-the-counter medications will NOT be dispensed during the first or last hour of the school day unless in an Emergency only.
