Ruby Mountain Hot Air Inc., was founded to plan and implement the Ruby Mountain Balloon Festival. The balloon festival is held each year on the fourth weekend of September in both Elko and Spring Creek, Nevada. Ruby Mountain Hot Air, Inc. is a non-profit organization made up of volunteers consisting of pilots, crews, and other balloon enthusiasts.
