Through a 90/10 funds matching program, the City generously contributes 90% of the costs associated with eligible Facade Improvement Projects, which must fall within the $1,000 to $9,000 range. Participants in the program also benefit from a complimentary consultation with an architect, facilitating the development of innovative design ideas to further enhance the revitalization of the downtown area.
