Membership

Your membership not only grants you access to our local association but also includes membership in the National Association of Home Builders and the Texas Association of Builders. A portion of your dues will be allocated to support each of these esteemed organizations.

Builder Membership is priced at $575.00, while Out-of-Area Builders or Developers can join for $800.00. Associate Membership is available for $525.00, and Affiliate Membership, designed for employees of existing members, is a modest $75.00 per year.

Please note that Affiliate members do not possess voting rights during membership voting proceedings.

Additionally, your annual dues include subscriptions to two premier publications: Builder Magazine and National Building News. A portion of $15.00 is earmarked for Builder Magazine, and $10.00 for National Building News. These subscription fees are separate and cannot be deducted from the total dues amount.
