Careerlink

Launched in June 2021, CareerLink, an initiative of HopeLink of Southern Nevada, aims to empower clients toward sustained success and financial independence. Many of our clients require support in developing essential job skills and accessing career opportunities. Employment serves as a crucial pathway for rebuilding confidence, reclaiming independence, and securing the means to provide for their families autonomously.

At CareerLink, we provide a comprehensive array of resources and services to help clients overcome barriers and prepare for successful employment searches. Our commitment extends beyond job placement—we maintain ongoing communication with both employees and their supervisors, ensuring seamless integration and support. Additionally, our program harnesses the power of volunteer mentors who guide clients toward financial independence.

Collaboration lies at the heart of CareerLink's approach. We work closely with esteemed community partners such as Dress for Success, Unshakable, FIT, TechImpact, EmployNV, and WorkSource, among others. Together, we equip our clients with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to enter the workforce and thrive.
