The Mid Summer 5K is one of the family-oriented fun runs presented by Cascade Stride. Scheduled to debut in 2025, this event offers participants a scenic run through Kirkland, featuring views of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline. Participants can enjoy timed races, medals, shirts, and a kids' race. The event encourages costumes with prizes for the best dressed. Packet pickup and post-race festivities will be held at Moss Bay Hall, where participants can enjoy beverages and food.
