The owner of TMC, Inc. purchased an architectural precast company outside of Seattle, Wa in 1997. After extensive renovation and investment in equipment, Northwest Precast has become known for its high quality and innovation in the architectural precast industry. TMC installs 35% of the precast produced at the plant and has a very experienced person in the erection of precast panels and stairs.
