Weekday Warrior Package


Monday pick up, this includes Monday night dinner.

Then Tuesday-Thursday 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. Friday breakfast & Lunch plus 2 snacks.

On your own for Dinner Friday night – Lunch Monday afternoon.

Approx 1200-1350 calories per day. Supplement additionally as you need, talk to your trainer, doctor or lifestyle coach if you are not sure what you need.
